I can’t believe another year is over. Now I’ll have to wait another 12 months until the next convention. 😦 But I suppose I should look at this as “So glad I got to come again this year!” And I am glad! This is my fourth year attending ECCC and it never gets old. Ever since I bought my tickets in September, I’ve been waiting for April.

This morning, the Pinshape team got the notice that the investor we were hinging on fell through, which meant we wouldn’t have the funds needed to continue operations.
This is very sad for all of us in the team, and you could physically feel the silence where everyone was taking in the news during the morning meeting and letting it sink in that we were no longer going to be working together. But I suppose we all knew the risks of working in a startup. And I regret not one bit of it.
I guess I’d be pretty angry and rude too if all the females in existence disappeared off the face of the earth.
How many hours have I spent playing this game? I made two accounts. One has 34.5, the other has logged 33 hours. At some points, I was logged in to both account at the same time. Though I mostly was on them separately. Mainly because this game give you 48 hours of initial game time and you have to pay extra if you go beyond that, so you can see why I wouldn’t want to be on both at the same time.
