Heading to the Rome airport was smooth, but after we checked in, we learned the first leg of our flight to Athens got delayed, meaning we’d miss our next flight to Santorini. Wonderful start to the Grecian portion of our trip.

Arrivederci Roma!
Our last stop in Italy was Rome. Upon arriving, Rome felt strangely familiar. I think it reminds me a bit of LA, New York, and even Hong Kong. But thematically very European/Old Port Montreal.

I’m married?!
On April 20th, 2025, S and I got married! What a wild journey. I’m writing this on April 22nd (though we’ll see when I finally publish and finish writing this ha!), and I am still full of emotion and touched by all those who came out to celebrate with us. I’ll be honest: when we first decided to do a proper ceremony with family and friends, I wasn’t sure it’d be worth it. But I’m so glad we ended up doing a big wedding.
